Hi ,

We are exploring Knowledge Management in Pega 8.8.

I was trying to find few answers to basic article creation, different attributes of the articles in Pega KM and any restrictions/limits. Is there any documentation available online?

Few questions listed below:

  • Are there any restrictions with the title or content of the articles? Example, character limits, etc. Is there any documentation that can be shared?

-Can we set alerts to notify users when articles have not been used for a significant period? Or for when old articles need to be reviewed to ensure they are still relevant?

If you don’t mind, can you please share the link to the Pega 8.8 KM documentation for the restrictions? Sorry I was unable to find anything specific to this requirement.

The best I could find somewhat relevant was Importing content | Pega , which doesn’t specifically mention the exact limitations on each field.

When I met restrictions it is about limitations of the values. But thank you. For eg.: The maximum number of characters in the content can be up to xxxx.
