JVM Monitoring - Pega Platform 8.6.1

Hi All,

Even after changing the DSS value “aessetting/M3/disableMonitoring” from “true” to “false” and following the guidelines contained in the web page “Pegasystems Documentation page/predictive-diagnostic-cloud/reference-guide/jvm-monitoring-landing-page-in-pega-predictive-diagnostic-cloud.html”, we keep getting the message below when trying to use the PDC JVM monitoring tool:

“There is an issue with your JVM Monitoring configuration. For more information, see JVM Monitoring in PDC.”

Below are the versions of PEGA and JAVA that we use:

Pega Platform 8.6.1

java version “1.8.0_361”
Java™ SE Runtime Environment (build 8.0.8.0 - pxa6480sr8-20230314_01(SR8))
IBM J9 VM (build 2.9, JRE 1.8.0 Linux amd64-64-Bit Compressed References 20230313_47323 (JIT enabled, AOT enabled)

Could you help us resolve this issue?

Hi

According to JVM Monitoring docummentation (Pegasystems Documentation) Open J9 is supported in Pega 8.6.4 and later.
