Issue with pega docs portal

Hi everyone,

I am facing a weird issue where notification is popping up every 3 seconds. Pop up notification says, “Your PDF job failed. Please restart it.”. PFA screenshot.

Does anyone know how to stop this notification?

I’m not able to reproduce what you’re seeing. Have you tried using a different browser and/or safe/incognito mode?

I will forward your request to our Docs team to see if anyone else has also had this same issue.

To clear the notification, please do the following:

  • Close the tab in your browser where you are accessing docs.pega.com
  • Clear your cache and history (in Chrome this is located under More Tools > Clear Browsing Data)
  • Select the option to clear cookies and cached images and files, then clear your data.
  • Restart your browser.

Please let us know if the issue persists after performing the above steps.
