Issue Running Pega 25 Agent – “403: Missing Authentication Token”

Hi Team,

I’m currently exploring the new Agent feature introduced in Pega 25. While attempting to run the agent to create a case or fetch case details, I’m encountering the following error:

403: Missing Authentication Token

Could you please confirm if there are any specific configurations, authentication settings, or access permissions required to run an agent successfully?
Or, does this feature require any special licensing or enablement to perform such operations?

@GaneshPavanM , Yes, to get Pega GenAI capabilities to your subscription, contact your Pega account representative. Pega will work with you to meet the prerequisites to enable Pega GenAI in Pega Cloud and incorporate Pega GenAI capabilities into your subscription.
