though we have opted for 26, and pega commits to show quick picklist on Ai agent conversation of case types tools its not showing
all required config is made to make that field as radio button and keep it as picklist
. any suggestions ?
Hi – is your case configured with a pick list in the UI field selection? The above image is once you have entered a case flow.
Would’nt it be easier for the users to select an option from radio button considering handful of options?
@Pratik1993 Is this field sourced by a reference Dpage or local list. Dpage may not support for quick entry picklist in agent. worth trying local list to identify the root cause.
