Could you please help me if there is any configuration to implement count on the bars of a graph and lines to distinguish two different values? As shown in below picture.

For implementing count there is a way but for lines there is no such feature in pega charts.

Drop a chart in your section

Select column stacked
-
Add your source and configure properties etc.

Go to presentation tab - go to series , there you will find show values option
-
Select always for it.
