Is there a way to integrate with MS Team so that we can call from user portals.

As per other forum posts you can find under the ‘Related content’ suggestions, there are no OOTB features available to integrate Pega with Microsoft Teams as of now.
This has been logged as a product enhancement.

I am thinking from user portal directly making a call is not possible, but I may be wrong. Go-through the article once completely to get more API’s information.

Hello @Gunasekaran_Baskaran @sathishn1707 , connecting to Microsoft Teams for engagement is available through Digital Messaging Service by using the Client Channel API. You can find more on config, requirements and payloads in the guide here: Pegasystems Documentation
This requires enabling Digital Messaging Service in your environment. You can reach out to your Pega Account team contacts to discuss qualification and provisioning. More on those requirements is available here: Pegasystems Documentation
