In the Constellation UI case worked portal home screen we are trying to align the views in a one column layout but it is not reflecting could you please let me know if any body else has faced this and have any solution for this ?
What exactly you’re configuring to one column layout(Table views for Data Pages or Create/Edit view for Data Reference)? Could you please share the screenshot or configuration?
I am trying to configure the Home screen view which contains some other views (in which some are Tables ).
We have seen similar behavior in Constellation where changing a view layout to one column does not automatically change the case worker portal home screen layout. In many cases, the home screen is controlled by a landing page or dashboard template, so the outer page template determines the column structure rather than the inner view setting.
First check whether this screen is configured as a landing page/dashboard and verify the template being used there. Constellation does support one-column templates, but they need to be applied at the page/container level, not only on the embedded view.
Also, because Constellation enforces certain responsive/accessibility layout behaviours, some column settings may not render exactly as expected in reused or nested views. Also inspect the page with Constellation Xray/debug tools to confirm which template is actually rendering the home region
