We are using Pega Smart dispute for issuers,and its built on Constellation,now we have a transaction tab where certian fields are empty so does VISA sends these value or is it from pega end that we need to map?(Fields like Merchant/Payee name,Authorization amount etc are blank,how to get these values of the missing fields populated?)
In the UX Tab i checked this is its configuration so how can i check the mappings?as its added in Tab layout of full case view:
