I imported CSV file with B2B leads data and the import was successful, but the imported data is not appearing on the Leads screen on portal. What could be causing this issue?
@PatrickR4330 - It could be that the Territory ID or Owner ID (Operator) on the csv do not match the territories and/or operators in the target instance. A quick global search on your business lead ID prefix should show them, even though you can’t see them in the context of a user with a specific territory access (limited to territories that exist in that instance).
