I am unable to see my client software on MyPega under their dropdown selection

After selecting my client on the dropdown none of their licensed software appears.

Hi @nelsa,

You client should be added you email addres into the into portal, Then only you have visible/acces to download the software.

It is unknown at this time why the software disappeared from the download list. It resolved after several weeks.
