How to trace a When rule that is being invoked in SLA?

I have a requirement where on creating a case it is pended in a WB and at that time a SLA is triggered so in that SLA at Goal time i am calling an activity now this activity will execute only if the conditions in when rule are satisfied.

I am unable to test if conditions mentioned in when rule is being satisfied or not because my activity is not getting trigerred.So I want to see what is wrong in the when rule condition.

Adminstudio–>Agents–>ServiceLevelEvents and Trace, In tracer under Tracer Settings: ServiceLevelEvents
