After creating an incident in case type, under attachment tab file is getting download while clicked & opening in html format.
Requirement is while I will click on the link in attachment it should open in another window instead of download.
Note:- Application built on Pega Constellation.
@Sairohith - Thanks for your response. we are using Pega OOTB ‘Attachments’ widget and trying to open an email sent from Pega that’s available in attachments. Instead of showing content of email in a pop-up, the hyperlink is always downloading it as html.

This is available in Pega 24.2 version. We can preview the attachments like PDF and Image files without downloading the content.
@SateeshB6784 I have same requirement to preview email content instead of downloading & viewing it. Are you able to achieve this requirement ? If yes, please let me know the steps to preview email content.
