How to remove Segment in Customer Decision Hub

Hi Team,

I am getting this error when i am trying to delete the segment. but there are no active campaigns running in my Case ..Can you please give a solution to resolve this

Hope you are doing well.

When you are deleting the segment and the status is not completed this issue will occur. It is better to stop any outbound schedule or campaigns using this segment. You can also try to update the status to Completed or failed.

No I am running the Top Level Campaign from the Primary Schedule.Campaign is in the Draft Mode Actually. There is no running campaigns in outbound schedule.previous all are completed

Can you please provide the screenshot of the History Tab of the segment.

This issue happens mostly because some background processing is using it, so we need to look once on the history tab of the segment to see when it is getting refreshed.

Meanwhile you can try 2 things.

1: Do a system restart, this will clear the sessions held by the thread and if required for the currently running campaigns you can reschedule them.

2: If you want to delete this and the restart does not work you can ask the Database Administrator to manually kill the segment.
