I need to pass the Priority or Importance Header With “High Importance” and send an outbound email using SendEmailNotification Activity using MS Graph Account.
These are the steps I followed (Find the attached). But those are not sending the email with High Importance.
Have you found any solution to the above query.

Currently we don’t have the facility in Pega to pass the Priority Header for a MS Graph Account.

To reiterate, note that Microsoft Graph does not support custom headers, which might be causing the issue with setting the email importance. Unfortunately, there is no out-of-the-box solution in Pega to set the Importance header for emails sent using MS Graph Account.
