I just know that Pega has stopped the Hardware Sizing Estimate Service this month. Please advise how I can know the required hardware sizing for 100 concurrent user and 1000 cases per day as described in the attached sizing file. I’ve searched in Pega Documentation but it only informs the minimum requirements and I’m not sure if it’s enough.

JMeter website should have more detailed information on how to setup JMeter. Load Test will help you to determine the hardware sizing. We can extrapolate the results based on the Production scenarios and calculate the hardware sizing.

After thorough consideration and in line with our commitment to providing the most current and efficient technological solutions, we are announcing the retirement of our Hardware Sizing Estimate Service. This service has historically provided environment sizing estimates for the provisioning of production environments. While these estimates have served as a useful starting point, especially when hardware and resource allocation required significant time and planning, the landscape of technology deployment has evolved.
Effective July 1, 2024, the Hardware Sizing Estimate Service is officially retired. We have transitioned away from non-containerized VM deployments — deprecated since our last two releases (8.8 and Infinity 23) and set to cease entirely with the release Infinity 25. Please note that these estimates were designed to complement, not replace, actual performance and load testing.
