Wants to Hide “Go” button when a case is in Work basket until the case is assigned to one Worklist. Also, we want to hide “Go” button when a case is opened by any other operator from “My worklist”
We have currently given "Assign to me " as case wide actions also disabled “Look for an assignment to perform”, still we see the action available only with active assignments.

We have a requirement to “Assign the case to one worklist” to work on the case when the case is in work basket. We are giving Local action in case wide level but we see it is available when the assignment is open.
could you please suggest a way out to assign the case with out opening the assignment.
A local action operates within an existing assignment context. Until the assignment is opened, that context is not available, so the action will not appear from the workbasket list itself. As an alternative, use Get Next Work(recommended) or the user can pickup the assignment from Work Queue Landing pages.
