In doing the exercise I have created a story in error which I need to delete in order to veryify the challenge in section: “Refining an Agile Workbench”
Can you advise?
For this mission exercise, the clean fix is to reset your Pega instance and do that Agile Workbench step again from the start. Pega Academy says that when a challenge or mission exercise gets stuck because of a mistake in the environment, you should reset the instance and rework the exercise, and the reset is done from the mission exercise page by clicking Reset Pega Instance. Resetting removes the current work and gives you a fresh environment, so the incorrect story will be gone. This is the safest way to get the verification working again for the “Refining an Agile Workbench” section. If the problem still continues after the reset, Pega Academy says to contact their support team.
