How to cancel the set-up in progress CDH?

Hi,

Greetings. I am trying to see if there is a way to cancel the set-up in progress when launching the cdh set-up? It is stuck at 50% at "Apply template ‘NBADTemplate.zip’ for NBA designer "since last night and i want to cancel and start it again.

This is on Pega Cloud.

@KOMARINA I suggest that you log a support ticket with Cloud via the MSP if you need advice on your cloud setup.

@KOMARINA Are you not getting the option to retry or restart? If you are not getting please follow the below steps to retry. In case you are seeing the restart option, please don’t click if you want to use the same application name. Restart starts the process from scratch and doesn’t allow you to use the same application name that you used in last run.

Please set the DSS “IsCDHSetupInProgress” to false and it will allow you to retry from the step where it failed.
After setting the DSS to false, follow the same path of creating an application. It will skip all the starting steps like create application, define context class, and saving context dictionary.

Before doing a retry please check the logs why the issue occurred. If there is some environmental issue then it can lead to the same issue.
