Hi All,
I checked pxRequestor, the IP address is: 10.209.208.106. however, I checked my laptop IP address is different from the pxRequestor IP address. How this happens, where to look at and change to get the correct IP address?
Thank you.

@JieL9332 please clarify what your issue is - why do you believe the pxRequestor IP address needs to be the same as your laptop?

@MarijeSchillern Hi, the version is Pega Platform 8.7.4. we have the issue that logs incorrect IP address. I check the pxRequestor, many users are the same IP address that cause the log incorrect. We need the IP address that can covert to system number. The ip actually is not necessary same as the laptop IP.
Thank you for replying.

It seems you are experiencing an issue with the logging of IP addresses in Pega. The pxRequestor page can be checked for properties such as pxReqRemoteAddr and pxReqRemoteHost to capture the correct IP address. However, if multiple users are showing the same IP address, it may be due to network configurations or the use of proxies. You might want to investigate the network setup to ensure that unique IP addresses are being logged for each user session.
Did you look at the resources I provided previously, notably the last one with ChrisKoyl’s answer?
