Can I able to send a form by generating a public URL in personal edition?

So that anyone can access the form and fill the data and then the data gets stored into the database.

@MohamedR16740466 you can achieve your scenario using DWA in pega. You can display a single assignment form to the external user and process the inputs. Please refer the below URL.
