As part of Pega Academy CS Framework course, it is mentioned explicitly that “Pega Gen AI is a cloud only feature”.
Does it mean that if customer is on Azure Cloud with Pega 24.1 installed, they cannot use this feature or its not supported? Please confirm.
Pega GenAI capabilities are available exclusively for Pega Cloud clients with active subscriptions. For client-managed cloud and on-premises clients, including those on Azure Cloud, they can connect to Pega Cloud using Pega PremBridge to use Pega GenAI services. Therefore, if a customer is on Azure Cloud with Pega 24.1 installed, they can use Pega GenAI by connecting to Pega Cloud through Pega PremBridge
