@VenkateswararaoK Try to change the GenAI model to GPT-4o from the default on Advanced tab. Default model selected usually gives 502 error.

@RUDRADEEPS This is a new feature available in 25.1 onwards. I think .msg file attachments are not supported currently.

@RUDRADEEPS I’m assuming the use case is the user saves the email as .msg file and wants to upload into Pega for Doc AI to process. If that is true, how asking the user to printing the .msg file as PDF before uploading?
