Error uploading a jpg file for a process

I’m receiving the following error uploading a jpg process flow:

Hi Scott, I heard back from the Blueprint team and they told me that there was an error uploading your documents. Can you please try it again and let me know if it now works.

FYI - if the error continues to to show, a workaround would be to use the AI Assistant. You can upload the JPEG there and ask it to create a new casetype based on the JPEG.
