Error: Agent Work Security for SLA

Hi ,

while SLA is due, the case status change to Error:Agent Work Security. May I know if there’s way to troubleshoot? I am trying to use send simple email in this case but email was not able to send and there’s no error msg. the only abnormality I observe is the status change to the Error:Agent Work security in the case status.

@WeiPingT Please check the access group for the SLA entry and add the necessary permission to the accessgroup role.

@WeiPingT Please refer the screen shot, Permission need to check on the access group role configuration for the case class have execution permission.
