Empty work item handle error while clicking on the link, Please see the attachments
It seems the pzInskey is passed as empty to Open work by handle. Did you get a chance to confirm in the tracer that the pzInskey is correct?
Trace the scenario , make the stream rules enabled in the tracer settings.
check if any page needs to be prepend before the pzinskey in the action set , like pageName.pzInsKey.
