Email Listener failing to start

Hi all,

I am getting the following error when trying to start the email listener.

Start operation failed for MyEmailListener (Failed to launch listener, com.pega.pegarules.pub.PRException: Unable to initialize email client, terminating listener MyEmailListener

can someone help me on this?

I had a similar issue in Infinity 26. I’ve configured the Step 23 to resolve this issue.

Tried Step23 as well. Did not help.
