Yes it works. We are using it in our project with Pega V8.5.3. We are using the My Assignments component to display the cases present in the work queue and process it from there. I have not validated the other components.
@KALINGAROUT - Thank you for the confirmation. But I see an err while calling the My Assignments and Create Work components from SF portal. Not sure what I am missing. Did you make any changes on top of the component code or any SF side changes? Here I am attaching the screenshot for the err and the Developer Tools console details as well. Attached the screenshot for all the details.
@KALINGAROUT - Never mind, I got the RC for the issue which I am facing. Now I am able to pull the assignments from Pega to SF using this component in V851. Attached the configuration to be taken care in SF - CSP side. All 4 Pega functionalities are embedded in SF portal now.
