The display for Pega Robot Studio is off. Words, icons, etc. are cut off.
This happens with the CRM to use in the Pega Academy challenges as well. Things are cut off and won’t display properly. We’ve tried changing the desktop resolution, scaling, using an external monitor, etc., to no avail. Anyone have any luck with fixing this issue?
It is most likely the scaling. That requires a logoff to actually take effect as far as I know. Try setting the scaling to a lower value and then logoff your machine (or restart it) and log back in and see if that matters.
It seems that the magic combination for proper display is 100% scaling and 1080 resolution. It also helps to have a big external monitor if you are using a laptop.
