Facing an issue regarding Deployment manger is not able to generate artifact archive, which in case failing in branch merge in higher Environment.

Did you selecting “Allow unlocked ruleset versions?” option in your product rule (PPS_Branch_FileListener_Dip:01-01-01?) and Save and later see if you can export through Deployment Manager.
