Customizing incoming call pop up rule for Interaction case in Custome Service constellation 24.2

Hi All,

I’m using Pega Customer Service (Constellation) 24.2. I want to add few fields and UI Controls (like buttons) to Incoming Screen Pop up. With the constellation features how should we do it.

Please guide or share your knowledge on this.
