Request your help for the below mentioned issue.

Unable to configure customer verification category questions from App Studio for interactions.

We have Dialog open ruleset version which is available and same is configured.

Error: Changes are not allowed at this time. Please contact system administrator

Issue is resolved by mapping customer verification category and settings classes in CSDefaultsettings Data Transform.
