Creating a Case from a file Data Set | Pega Academy

In the course Creating a Case from a File Data Set (Pega Platform 24.2), the design options table lists these limitations for File Listener:

  • Does not support processing files in cloud repositories
  • Cannot process multiple files simultaneously

However, Pega now supports Repository rules for AWS/Azure, and File Listeners can read files from folders within these repositories. Also, Concurrent threads allow parallel file processing.
