I’m doing a POC on Pega Platform 26 Community Edition. I imported a Blueprint, and I can see that the case types and other required artifacts have been created successfully.
However, when I try to create a new case, the screen keeps loading for a while and the case is not getting created.
Has anyone else encountered a similar issue in Pega 26 Community Edition? If so, any suggestions on what I should check or troubleshoot would be helpful.
For me, it is fine creating new case types after importing and auto generating from BluePrint. I’m hoping that the issue will go away on its own. I would log off and restart the server and try again. Check the browser developer console and Pega logs for any errors when attempting to create the case. If it persists, I would suggest creating a Pega incident ticket to report the issue. The new case creation should work without problem in '26.
Hey Will, It was happening for a night, After i relogin it got self healed.
