Cancel a software download request

I’d like to cancel software download request SD-129317, raised less than 1 hour ago. Please advise if you do this from your side, I see no way of cancelling the request from my side.

I requested through my.pega.com - I am a Pega Partner (BlueRose Technologies).

Hi Arun!

At this time there is not a way to cancel a download. However I was told that it gets automatically canceled after 30 days.
