Can Predictive model be used for outcome prediction based on historical data ?

We have historical data along with specific offer as outcome, we would like to build a model by leveraging existing historical data and predict top one offer based on current state predictors values.

Will predictive model suitable for this use case?

Can one predictive model be used to derive the propensity for each offers based on given predictor values ? if yes then please suggest which predictive model OOTB template should be used.

For propensity predictions we strongly recommend using Pega’s closed loop Adaptive Modeling approach. These self-learning, contextually scored predictive models provide a mostly hands-off approach giving every action/treatment its own model.
