When I select “MY Pega” I no longer get any of the icons I used to.
I just finished my CSSA mentored class and can no longer get to the training material.

Are you actually logged in - can you see your profile image on the top right? If you are having account issues, please check our FAQ.
Are you logging into the Pega Academy pages?
When you log into Pega Academy → View My Dashboard, what do you see? Does My Completed Training show you info?
