At our customer we have connectivity issues for the last couple of days. We receive the below event a couple of times each day.
113 ProvOutOfServiceEv AVAYA#VOIPCM#CSTA#VOIP-AES02 JTAPI_AES-ACD true false AVAYA AES CHANNELSERVICES-ADMIN-CTILINK-LOCAL-JTAPI AES 0The event itself is pretty clear, but I’d like to know whom is the original initiator of this event. Our Avaya server is a cloud solution, and the team over there says their servers are not initiating anything.
