i had a question regarding case archival logic in pega.
How can we archive cases that are not resolved, but also do not have any active pending reminder and do not have any child case in pending status?
I wanted to understand what would be the right way to identify and handle such cases for archival, since they are not resolved but also not actively progressing.
Could someone guide me on the recommended approach here?
