@IsraelU11 have you tried to use Integrating with file and content management systems
The article referenced above (Custom repository by @Rahul_Toky) was a specific use case where the OOTB pattern for storing content was not enough
- they have a requirement to store create folders in the repository for each case AND
- then store attachments for each case in each of the corresponding folders in the reporsitory.
The above Content Management will allow you to connect to your repository and store your files, delete your files etc.
