Dashboard template
When you create a new landing page you also have a dashboard template that provides filters. Apologies for the zoom level as its all the way at the bottom of the config.

Different User Experience?
If you’re looking at providing different User Experiences with filters there are some ways to tweak this. However, I would caution about straying too far from the OOTB configuration.
