Access to PDC required

when I try to access PDC I get an error message “Unable to process the SAML WebSSO request : No value specified for attribute mapped to pyUserIdentifier property”.

I need access for a

The PDC menu is visible when you log onto the Pega Support Center.

In order to access PDC users need to be affiliated with both accounts in MSP and listed as a support contact.
