hello, May I know what does property pySLAAction mean?
its description says :“Service Level Agreement Action Time”
It’s found that, after we reset case level SLA with below
@pxExecuteAnActivity(Primary,ActionChangeWorkSLAProps)
then the property pySLAAction is updated to current time.
Does it mean the time of the moment that case SLA level start (or restart) to count?
And, is it used for case level SLA only? Will it be used for other SLA, e.g. assignment SLA?
Thanks.
@MaxonL16591286 The pySLAAction property represents the time when a service-level agreement (SLA) action is executed, and it is updated when you reset the case-level SLA. It indicates the moment when the case-level SLA starts or restarts counting. However, there is not enough information in the provided context to confirm if it is used for assignment SLAs or other SLAs.
